The Bards of Batley is a collection of thirty poems from local poets about their town.
It was compiled and published in 2018 by the Batley Poets to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Batley becoming a borough and contains a foreword by Batley historian Malcolm Haigh BEM.
The artwork on the front and back cover depict the iconic Market Square/Library and Town Hall respectively. They were painted and contributed by John Broadhead.
