Time is ticking away
Today is deadline day
You regret previous procrastination
But there is no time for frustration
On the one hand, you want perfection
On the other hand, you just want it done
You persevere with loose ends and a final check
Lone working means it’s just your hands on the deck
You psych yourself up to submit
Try not to dwell on every little bit
Deadline has gone and you cannot change it
But you should feel proud of ALL of it
