Doodle and dawdled
Waited and procrastinated
I wondered the most wonderful things
Of flying horses and malevolent kings
Wondered thought the bazaars of Iran
Sat with fakirs of delhi
There wisdom and tales did enthrall me
Fought knights and married fair maidens
All in the sanctuary of my mind…
